Over 38 Years of Financial and Retirement Planning Experience

Leslie Reed has over 38 years of banking, financing, and investment experience. He holds the Series 24, 7, 6, 63, and 65 securities and life insurance licenses. He has served on numerous boards of directors, including the Indiana Bond Bank and the Indiana Development Finance Authority where he participated in the issuance and management of the state's municipal bond authority.

Mr. Reed has participated in financing major projects statewide, including financing the Toyota and Subaru plants. He has been the CFO of construction and food distribution companies. He has also served as director on the boards of the United Way of Central Indiana and the Indianapolis Urban League (treasurer). He is also the founder of the Foundation for Financial Competency, a board member of the Andre Gist Foundation, and an instructor at Ivy Tech Community College.

Mr. Reed was awarded a group study fellowship by Rotary International in 1993 to travel to Sweden and Denmark to speak on behalf of the United States regarding the American economic policy. Mr. Reed has been a top producer at several investment firms. He specializes in retirement planning, business advising, and income enhancement strategies for businesses and individuals. Mr. Reed has also been successful in the entertainment industry, founding Finesse Records in 1993 and executive producing Tha Flo Radio Show on WHHH Hoosier Hot 96 Radio in 1996. Mr. Reed is the host of the "Les Is More" radio show on WBRI 1500 AM/96.7 FM in Indianapolis.

Currently, Mr. Reed is the managing editor for Scoop Magazine, writing the "Les Is More" monthly column. He is also a guest lecturer at numerous universities. He holds a bachelor of science in business from Indiana University Kelly School of Business and a master of theological studies from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis.

Mr. Reed is the managing partner of RIM Group Registered Investment Advisers and the author of two books: "Thinking Well, Phimisms for the Soul" and "Financial Competency... A Roadmap to Financial Well Being." Leslie is the proud father of Amanda and Logen Reed and counts them and his work as a minister as the greatest joys in his life.
